It’s not enough for REGEN CM to just be a series of quality products. The manufacturing of REGEN CM would mean nothing if the cost was to leave a massive carbon footprint. That’s why every aspect of the manufacturing process is focused on reducing the expulsion of harmful pollutants, minimizing the dissemination of environmental contaminants, and promoting responsible, long-term sustainability. This starts with what feeds REGEN CM; waste tires. There are an estimated 279 million waste tires disposed of each year, and that’s in the United States alone! That represents about 4 million tons of scrap waste. The manufacturing of REGEN CM takes those waste tires that would otherwise be a propagator of potential environmental calamity, and turns them into a reusable value-added commodity. It’s in this innovative process that we are able to reduce the amount of energy we use while not just meeting, but often exceeding stringent environmental regulations. In addition, we are in the process of converting our manufacturing facility into a complete, self-sustaining energy efficient system. We have a zero waste philosophy.

During manufacturing, a syngas is produced and is directed in a closed loop system into a series of condensers that turn the syngas into four different oil condensates. This is where we get REGEN OP, which is an effective substitute for diesel, heavy and light fuel oils, or natural gas in industrial, commercial and residential boilers.
