AES has developed an effective carbon material that wields an endless possibility of applications.

Regen CM is manufactured in a fully-equipped commercial production facility located in Mayfield, Idaho in Elmore County about 35 miles southeast of Boise, Idaho. The facility is fully licensed and permitted with Elmore County, the state of Idaho, and federal regulatory agencies to ensure full compliance with all standards and regulations required during the manufacturing process.

Equipment

REGEN CM products are manufactured in a closed-loop system utilizing a thermal decomposition and depolymerization process using state-of-the-art equipment designed to provide a clean, quality product, while also adhering to stringent environmental standards. This is achieved by employing “BACT” air emissions abatement equipment.

The facility features an on-site laboratory for product testing to ensure excellence in quality control. In manufacturing REGEN CM products we adhere to a zero waste philosophy. For quality control and additional support we only make use of fully accredited laboratories for the testing of all REGEN CM products. By operating on the “BACT” principle (Best Available Control Technology), we are able to promote the best possible operational practices to guarantee clean, quality products every time; and all of this is done with our customer’s specifications in mind.
